“I instantly found Duncan warm, approachable and friendly. Although I was already very familiar with the mind body connection through my own research, and was familiar with many of the teachings on overcoming chronic pain, it wasn’t until I met Duncan that everything started falling into place. It’s as though Duncan was the final piece of the puzzle and made all the separate ideas come together to make sense!

I was inspired to believe that recovery was possible through Duncan, and hearing about his own experience spurred me on to think that, I too, could be pain free.


Duncan is a great listener and an excellent observer. I felt at ease talking openly with him, and always felt that he cared and truly wanted to help. Duncan’s feedback from our sessions was so helpful. He noted and picked up on the smallest of detail which was relevant to my suffering. He made me think about how I was approaching life and how some of this was contributing to my chronic back pain.
